1. Acceptance
By engaging Nuum Technology services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Nuum Technology provides software development, technology consulting and digital solutions according to the scope agreed upon in individual contracts or proposals.
3. Intellectual property
Code, design and deliverables developed specifically for the client will become the client's property upon full payment. Nuum Technology retains rights over proprietary tools, libraries and methodologies reused in the project.
4. Liability
Nuum Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
